The OWO Residences by Raffles

Whitehall, London

The Old War Office was originally completed in 1906 and designed by British architect William Young. This Grade II* listed building has stood at 57 Whitehall for over 100 years and has played a pivotal role in British history. The likes of Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Haldane and the James Bond author Ian Fleming have all walked the corridors of what was the Ministry of Defence headquarters.

Having undergone a huge transformation over the last five years, the London landmark is set to reopen its doors in 2022. No two Residences are the same, each one is distinct and has a unique style and personality. Towards the river, The OWO is completely dedicated to the Residences, offering consummate privacy and presidential-like security away from the stateliness of Whitehall; yet all just a stone’s throw from the leafy expanses beyond Horse Guards Parade.
